Location : Miami, FL (Office-Based)

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000 (Based on experience)

They are currently seeking an FCL Ocean Export Coordinator to join their Miami-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with freight forwarding experience to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage FCL (Full Container Load) Ocean Export shipments from start to finish.
• Handle all documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.
• Work closely with carriers, vendors, and customers to schedule and track shipments.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding shipment status, delays, or other updates.
• Negotiate rates and manage relationships with shipping lines and other service providers.
• Maintain and update shipment records in the company’s operating system.
• Handle AES filing and ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
