Nursing Home Administrator
In this full time role, the Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall management and operation of the skilled nursing facility and it's departments. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, providing support to staff, families, and residents, and providing financial and budgetary oversight. Our Nursing Home Administrator must possess and demonstrate a high degree of leadership, organizational ability, and communications skills.

Requirements of a Nursing Home Administrator:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Maryland Nursing Home Administrator's License
- 3 or more years of relevant healthcare management experience
- Computer literacy using Windows OS, MS Office and Google.
- Knowledge of Point Click Care or other EHR.
