Junior Functional Analyst

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Business or Related Field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- High level of professionalism, confidence, and ability to build credibility with team members and business partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate epics, features, and user stories.
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo/Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Facilitate meetings as needed.
- Write and execute test scripts.
- Write and execute queries in the database.
- Aid in the triage of defects during testing cycles.
- Develop and update documentation to support new/changes to procedures.
- Work with team to respond and answer questions generated by team members and business partners.
- Act as a liaison between business units and development team.
- Participates with team to establish target dates and complete activities/artifacts under changing conditions.
- Provide system support for assigned business unit or assigned application(s).
