Distribution Associate

Bucks Run Sports Supply, Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of merchandise. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving & Inspection: Process incoming shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and inspect products for any damages or defects.

Inventory Management: Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations while keeping inventory records up to date.

Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely and accurate shipment.

Shipping Coordination: Prepare shipping labels, manage necessary documentation, and arrange carrier pickups.

Quality Control: Conduct regular inventory audits and assist in resolving discrepancies to maintain accuracy.

Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve distribution goals and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

Experience with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
