What you will do:

Builders Source Appliance Gallery is a fast-growing company in the Albuquerque, NM area, ad as the Guest Service Receptionist in our state of the art showroom you will manage all first impression interactions with customers, connect them with a skilled Sales Associate, and complete other duties as assigned. Receptionist duties include taking payments as necessary in person or by phone, answering multiple phone lines, managing messages, customer tracking, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Creates a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees.
  • Responsible for opening and closing showroom – unlocking and locking access doors, turning on and off all lights to appliances and showroom, turning on/off music and tvs
  • Takes customer complaints or issues and pass them on to the appropriate parties
  • Creates and distributes company memos through fax, letters, or telephone calls
  • Reporting of phone calls and walk in traffic for our guests
  • Records Login in sheets and data for the delivery team
  • Keeping track of needed office and cleaning supplies
  • Provides support for teams when necessary
  • Keeps the mail meter current to state guidelines
  • Handles all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Responsible for ordering breakroom and office supplies reported by management as needed

  • Attention to detail to ensure that all company memos are free of any errors
  • Positive attitude for greeting customers and clients in a friendly and warm manner upon arrival to the office or through the phone
  • Communication skills to be able to communicate with internal team members or clients and understand their needs
  • Strong organizational skills to keep multiple calendars organized
  • Administrative skills to be able to use basic computer programs including Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to be able to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Rotating weekends
