A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SPA SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Provide service and maintenance to trailers and vehicles

· Maintain inventory of spa parts on the vehicle and in the store organized, labeled, and stocked

· Provide water tests for customers

· Provide service to customers in local area

· Assist local store sales team when necessary

· Provide technical support to customers

· Assist in setting up shows and show room at local store

· Maintain and submit expense reports monthly

· Communicate local needs with service manager to improve the customer experience

· Maintain local service schedule, detailed notes of service provided, close service tickets, and collect payments from customers

· Schedule local service calls with the customer

· Assist with general maintenance needs for the local store facility

· Ship replaced warranty parts to Bullfrog manufacturing facility

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of general computer software such as Microsoft Office.
