Assistant Retail Store Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the store owners in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for retail management. This position is essential in maintaining store standards and fostering a collaborative work environment. Social Media Experience is a Plus.

Duties

• Assist the Store Owners in daily operations and management of the store.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock organization and replenishment.
• Operate cash registers efficiently while ensuring accurate transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to implement effective sales strategies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for customers.
• Provide training and support to staff on store policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
• Proficiency in cash register operations and basic financial transactions.
• Experience in a boutique environments is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively; bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
