We're on the lookout for exceptional individuals to join our high-energy Sales team as an Entry Level Sales Representative. The role of the Entry Level Sales Representative is pivotal within our Sales division, serving as a cornerstone for our clients success in the Northeast. Primarily focused on customer experiences and sales metrics, this position revolves around fostering authentic relationships with both new and existing clientele and creating memorable sales experiences on behalf of our client. The Entry Level Sales Representative will be responsible for making our customers' day easier, more efficient, all while increasing clients revenue.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Conduct personalized discussions with customers to discern their requirements and offer tailored product recommendations.
- Deliver product presentations that resonate with the customer's preferences, lifestyle, and current needs
- Engage with potential customers and facilitate the conversion process to close accounts and set up customers with services they were looking for
- Ensure utmost customer satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and nurturing relationships.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns with integrity and professionalism, escalating significant issues to relevant management
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities in alignment with Management and clients compliance protocols
- Continuously monitor sales and performance metrics to uphold strong conversion rates and customer satisfaction levels
Required Skills/Abilities for the Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Relevant customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required
