- Provide high quality customer service and set appointments for our customers
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in an efficient manner
- Carry out any additional administrative tasks pertaining to appointment setting, such as meticulous record-keeping in our in-house CRM
- Work in-person at our office in American Fork, Utah
- Experience in a sales support or customer service role
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent soft skills, including top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Driven to achieve performance targets, results-oriented
- Self-motivated and outgoing
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
