Job Responsibilities:
Canvas pre-qualified areas to select homes for our Energy Guide Team.
Offer opportunities and schedule appointments for homeowners to receive presentations on various home improvement projects.
Identify needs and help homeowners understand the benefits of our products for their homes and daily lives.
Gather information from the homeowners to optimize the opportunities, and pass on information to the Energy Guide Team.
Attend team meetings where training and coaching is provided for performance improvement and opportunity to grow within the company.
Position Requirements:
Strong communication skills and willingness to initiate conversations.
Coachability— remaining teachable as skills develop.
Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings and Saturdays.
Valid driver's license and personal transportation.
Professional appearance.
