Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Appointment Setter based in Provo, UT, with some work from home acceptable. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for daily tasks including cold calling, setting and scheduling appointments, lead generation, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires regular communication with potential clients and ensuring that all appointments are accurately scheduled and confirmed.
Qualifications
- Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling skills
- Lead Generation skills including emailing and cold calling.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
