Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Front of House Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, creating memorable guest experiences, and developing a cohesive and motivated team.
Front of House Manager Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to uphold company standards and foster a culture of teamwork and professionalism.
- Manage daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and staff scheduling.
- Monitor service flow and address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment in line with our rustic theme.
- Drive revenue by promoting upselling, special events, and a memorable guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and maintaining supplies for front-of-house operations.
Evaluate and implement processes to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Front of House Manager Qualifications:
Previous experience in a FOH or bar management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities..
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and scheduling software.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and developing team members.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
