Our team is dedicated to crafting unique beers that resonate with our community, and we’re looking for an energetic and dynamic Sales Representative to help us grow our presence both on-premise (bars and restaurants) and off-premise (retail and grocery).
Position Summary:
The Quaff ON! Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and expanding the visibility of Quaff ON! beers. This role requires developing strong relationships with accounts, meeting sales goals, and creatively showcasing our products in diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with on-premise (bars, restaurants) and off-premise (liquor stores, grocery chains) accounts within the assigned territory.
- Sales Strategy: Identify and target new opportunities to expand distribution and increase sales volume across all channels.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent representation of the Quaff ON! brand in all interactions, events, and promotions.
- Education: Provide product education and training to account staff and consumers, sharing the unique qualities and stories behind our beers.
- Event Support: Organize and participate in tastings, tap takeovers, festivals, and other promotional events to increase brand awareness.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing feedback and insights to the management team.
- Merchandising: Ensure our products are properly displayed and marketed in retail locations, including setting up displays and ensuring proper stock rotation.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, account visits, and performance metrics, reporting regularly to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience in the craft beer, beverage, or alcohol industry is preferred.
- Passion for craft beer with a deep understanding of brewing and beer styles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to lift and move cases of beer (up to 50 lbs).
