- Exhibit professional phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating office events.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and support project completion.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with clerical duties, data entry, and customer service practices is essential.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office management software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
