Duties

  • Perform clerical tasks including data entry and filing to maintain organized records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients via phone and email.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Exhibit professional phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating office events.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and support project completion.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with clerical duties, data entry, and customer service practices is essential.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office management software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for interacting with clients and colleagues.

Pay: $38,886.00 - $43,042.00 per year
