Job Title: Test Manager Tosca & QA Automation
Location: Lisle, IL Hybrid
Contract to Hire role
Only W2 consultants, no H1 or C2C
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with strong Tosca expertise and QA Automation experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, leadership experience, and the ability to manage multiple testing initiatives while ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple testing initiatives across projects.
Develop and implement test strategies, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
Oversee Tosca automation, ensuring efficient test execution and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality standards.
Mentor and guide QA teams, ensuring best practices in automation and test management.
Track and report test progress, defects, and overall quality metrics.
Required Skills & Experience:
10 years in software testing, with QA automation experience.
Strong expertise in Tosca for test automation.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams and multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, test strategy, and execution.
