Cadence Care Network has an opening for a Supervisor for an Intensive Home-Based Treatment Program to supervise teams in Columbiana/Mahoning Counties. Intensive Home-Based Treatment is an innovative, culturally appropriate, evidenced-informed and holistic service that places vulnerable kids and their families at the center of care.
This position will perform the following duties:
· Supervise daily operations within the IHBT program.
· Provide clinical supervision to IHBT staff regarding treatment issues relevant to clients in care.
· Conduct case staffing with IHBT staff.
· Conduct annual employee performance evaluations.
· Ensure seamless service delivery to clients across internal departments and external service providers.
· Ensure staff are providing services as determined by program model and fidelity.
· Provide ongoing clinical training to staff, including but not limited to clinical assessments, practices, and procedures.
· Review and oversee the implementation of ISP’s as required by Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services rules and Cadence Care Network policy.
· Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment programs in conjunction with the Chief Clinical Officer.
· Oversee outcomes data collection and analysis for treatment planning and program integrity.
· Participate in program development and implementation for IHBT services.
· Assist in the marketing of the IHBT program.
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or a closely related field.
· Currently licensed by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board as a LPCC-S, LISW-S or Licensed Psychologist.
· Clinical experience in the area of mental health and development and family dynamics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
