Product Designer

Your day-to-day:

• Lead and manage the design team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality output from the design team.
• Establish and maintain our creative vision, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand image across all touchpoints.
• Work collaboratively with teams across Product, Marketing, Communications, and other departments to deliver high-impact brand materials and assets.
• Oversee the design process, from brainstorming sessions and sketches to the final delivery of assets, ensuring all designs align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools, incorporating innovative design practices and technologies to keep our visual content fresh and cutting-edge.

What experience you’ll need:

• Proven experience in a design leadership role, preferably in the web3 industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Experience working within an established design system
• Proactive and results-driven mindset with a commitment to driving design excellence.
• Familiarity with design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc
