Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A love for dogs and prior customer service experience (preferably in the doggie industry) is highly desirable

Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services
- Checking campers in and out
- Schedule boarding and grooming appointments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service/front desk role is preferred
- Knowledge or experience in the kennel, animal care, or veterinary field is a plus
- Familiarity with pet care, animal restraint, dog handling, pet grooming, veterinary procedures, or dog training is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
