Overview:

Capital Ford is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Service Accounting Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial to our daily operations, as you’ll be responsible for handling accounting entries, daily deposits, and supporting the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate accounting entries and data entry
• Manage and process daily reports
• Assist with other tasks as required
• Support the Service Department with various accounting functions
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounting or administrative roles is preferred
• Knowledge of CDK software and Ford Warranty Systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paces environment
