Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions using a POS system, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for reordering to management.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with any POS system is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of liquor safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling and inventory management.
- Experience in food service or retail environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
