The candidate must have an associate’s degree and two (2) years of relevant experience with IT systems or relevant business operations. Experience in ERP systems or other forms of
General Ledger Accounting Systems (GLAS) are considered relevant. An Associate’s Degree is not required if the candidate has four (4) years of the described relevant experience with IT systems or relevant business operations.
Candidate must have documented customer service experience, preferably with experience in the National Help
Desk Service Manager (NHDSM) or a similar system. Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Applications (word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $26.10 - $28.58 per hour
