Project Manager for WATCHMEN training team
Remote
Purpose Statement:
This role is responsible for coordinating, developing, and managing training programs, events, and resources for the Atrial Fibrillation Solutions Sales Training. The position involves maintaining existing training presentations and communications, leveraging and standardizing best practices to enhance team and training effectiveness and elevating pull through and experience of field force. Additionally, it includes assessing internal data and processes to identify opportunities for analytics applications to support business operations and improve efficiencies. Collaboration with leadership on the development and execution of analytics strategic and creative communication strategies is also a key component.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the training manager to develop and enhance training processes and communication to field force.
Prepare project plans and schedules using project management tools like Microsoft Project, working with staff to understand necessary tasks.
Direct project execution by assigning tasks, tracking schedules, identifying risks, and developing contingency plans.
Foster an entrepreneurial environment.
Develop new training materials and resources in a rapidly growing division.
Recommend instructional and graphical methods for conveying medical and sales information.
Review all training for appropriate adult learning methodologies and clear objectives.
Refine e-training agendas and maintain training content and online resource access.
Participate in in-house training as needed.
Support the development of integration systems AI, Chat bots, etc
Provide guidance for solving complex technical problems by challenging traditional technical assumptions.
Identify innovative IT uses to provide an excellence to the field force.
Quality Systems Requirements:
Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
