Job Title: Jr Developer (aka Coding Wizard)
Job Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee (On-site, Benefits Eligible)

About the Role:
Do you enjoy brain teasers, logical puzzles, and have ideas like “wouldn’t it be cool if…” and then started tinkering with some code to see if it would be possible? Have you ever taken something apart to see how it works and put it back together again? Then we want to hear from you!
At CareLinc Medical Equipment and Supply we are looking for the right person that can help us with ongoing coding projects ranging from software integrations using API, Hyland OnBase Workflows, OnBase Unity scripts written in C#, and assisting the IT Team with other project implementations, PowerShell Scripts, Security tools, intranet apps, and more!
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new & pre-existing software programs, scripts, and applications
- Actively participate in code/design reviews and brainstorming sessions
- Develop program and system documentation
- Analyze & fix software errors in a timely manner.
- Consult with users, IT Team, project leaders, and management to resolve problems & suggest alternatives.
- Able to communicate how things work accurately and thoroughly… even to a rubber duck
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering preferred.
- Experience with Hyland OnBase and Workflow creation a plus!
- Familiarity with Visual Studio and experience with the C# / .NET programming languages (preferred)
- Must be able to learn and effectively use tools and software development techniques as practiced, acquired, or adopted within the IT Team.
- Knowledge and willingness to code with security best practices
- Knowledge of Networking, Servers, and Security is a plus!
- Development experience within an Object-Oriented Programming Language (experience can be from a course, class, or project)
- An ideal candidate would have work experience in an internship, computer-related role, on-campus technology job or research position paired with their education.
