What will you be doing:
As a Home Access Technician, you will help install new equipment to the manufacturer’s specifications. This can range from wheel chair ramps and vehicle platform lifts to ceiling lifts and stair lifts. In this position, you will also be doing some repair work that will be performed either at the patient’s home or in shop. You will perform repairs on equipment such as powered wheel chairs, manual wheelchairs, and lift chairs. Lastly, you will create quotes and order the necessary parts to make the repairs when authorization is given.
What will you need:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Driving record that is cleared by our insurance company.
- Able to pass background checks as it pertains to the position
- Able to pass drug screening
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Able to lift and maneuver equipment that may weigh up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Must be mechanically inclined
