We are seeking a Caregiver Manager (CCM) to join our team. The Caregiver Manager also plays a key role in scheduling, performance management, and ensuring that all services comply with the agency’s standards and local regulations. Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years MANAGEMENT experience in a home care/personal care role. (required)
- Strong knowledge of home care practices, caregiving duties, and healthcare regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant technology.
