We are seeking a dedicated Coffee Shop Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. We are a very small and close staff so it would need to be just a perfect fit into our established crew. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee shops, excellent customer service skills, and a very can-do attitude.
Duties
- Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure stock availability
- Supervise and train staff on customer service and product knowledge
- Scheduling and managing staff based on shop needs and extra events
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance and work towards achieving sales targets
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Able to jump into Barista role as needed based on staffing needs
- Create new coffee menu items based on seasonality (and fun ingredients)
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in Coffee Shop setting for 2 years, Team Lead, Inventory control, Customer service, Inventory management
- Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines (understanding general maintenance & upkeep)
