Description
We are currently seeking a Concierge for our Miller’s Grant Ellicott City, MD community. This position is an "as needed" position with a flexible schedule. The Lutheran Village Miller’s Grant Concierge will work as an integral part of our Support Services team, that delivers a unique approach to quality care and administrative support for our senior residents.

Job Duties:
- Serve as the initial point of contact in the reception area and respond to incoming calls
- Perform administrative duties as assigned
- Answer incoming telephone calls and resident calls, forward and take messages
- Operate copier, fax, scanner, postage meter and any other office equipment
- Provide administrative support to all departments
- Assist and direct senior residents, callers and visitors to the proper location, department or person
- Monitor entry area for visitors and guests, greet and directs as necessary
- Receive and send packages for senior residents, assists with residents who request assistance with mailing letters and packages
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma, or GED
- 1-2 years Administrative or Clerical experience
- preferred, but not required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Provide exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Previous experience work in a Continued Care Retirement Community (CCRC) a plus and
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
