About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to work on the CRM team as a Salesforce Intern. This role allows you to work with a fast paced Agile dynamic team and learn the latest technology (Sales/Service cloud) while also collaborating with stakeholders from Sales, Billing, Operations, Client Support etc.

About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to work on the CRM team as a Salesforce Intern. This role allows you to work with a fast paced Agile dynamic team and learn the latest technology (Sales/Service cloud) while also collaborating with stakeholders from Sales, Billing, Operations, Client Support etc.
Responsibilities Include
- Partnering with CRM Admin Manager to manage level 1 production support queues
- Analyze defect and enhancement trends weekly
- Prepare Salesforce reports and dashboards as needed
- Provide key status reports, communication updates to leadership on defect resolution progress and platform improvements
- Additionally work with Engineering manager for backlog grooming and sprint readiness (Agile methodologies)
- Basic understanding of CRM systems with an interest to gain hands on knowledge about Salesforce.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment
- Good customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Working towards a bachelors or masters in any Technology field.(computer science, Management information systems etc.)
- Any prior CRM or ERP experience is a huge plus.

- Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Location: Hybrid (Work remote and work from the office 1-2 days out of the week)
