Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team in the ALBANY area. The Account Executive shall be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, administering, and controlling the sales activity to help identify markets, meet sales goals, and perform those activities necessary to achieve sales goals and the objective of obtaining maximum growth, gross margin, and profitability.
The Account Executive shall be accountable to, and supervised by, the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
- Meet sales goals and objectives assigned by the Sales Management Team
- Identify new business opportunities and drive the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Service customer clients, including identifying and resolving their specific concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Communicate new service and product opportunities, feedback, special developments, or information collected during field activity to proper company staff
- Coordinate shipping and delivery of company products and services
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries.
- Assist in the execution of marketing plans of the company as required.
Qualifications
- Pleasant and exceeding personality
- Travel to current customers and potential account prospects is required. Travel, within established geographic territory, 100% of the time.
- Excellent customer service, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of sales promotion and advertising techniques
- Excellent computer application skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Able to persuade and convince others
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- BA or BS in marketing or related discipllines and/or three years of job-related experience.
- Must be skilled in sales techniques.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer experience, preferably with all Microsoft applications
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Position will require frequent walking, standing, lifting, and bending.
- Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.
- Must maintain valid auto insurance coverage.

Pay: $58,935.00 - $64,123.00 per year
