**Job Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outreach/Community Engagement professional to join our team. The successful applicant will be able to work independently and collaboratively with our team to promote our mission and values. **Duties** * Develop and implement outreach programs to engage with community members and promote our organization's mission and services. * Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to foster a culture of inclusivity and respect. * Conduct outreach activities, such as community events, presentations, and door-to-door canvassing, to educate the community about our organization's programs and services. * Collaborate with program development teams to develop new programs and services that meet the needs of our community. * Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of our outreach programs and identify areas for improvement. * Supervise and mentor volunteers and staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out outreach activities effectively. * Assist with fundraising efforts to support the development and implementation of our outreach programs. * Provide addiction counseling and support services to community members in need. * Manage and coordinate volunteer efforts to support outreach programs and events. **Requirements** * A bachelor's degree in social work, non-profit management, or a related field. * Experience in project management and leadership roles. * Proven experience in developing and implementing outreach programs and community engagement strategies. * Strong skills in education, including the ability to educate community members about our organization's programs and services. * Excellent fundraising and grant writing skills. * Experience in supervising and mentoring staff members and volunteers. * Certification in addiction counseling or a related field. * Experience in managing and coordinating volunteer efforts. * Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of outreach programs. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. * A commitment to promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect within our community.
