- Conduct daily monitoring of payables status for plant operations.
- Participate in the enhancement of data tools to aid the controller and financial analyst in follow-ups and analyses.
- Manage specific billing processes.
- Update and maintain presentations using PowerPoint.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data input into the system.
- Perform general office and administrative duties as required.
- Assist with period-end closings, both monthly and annually.
- Contribute to the operational and administrative efficiency of the department
Relevant Experience & Strengths

- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP software or another ERP
- Proven experience in accounts payable, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hold a certificate or AEC or a diploma in accounting
