Sales Assistant/Hostess Position
Hours of Operation 10:00am to 7:00pm
Pay $12.00 per hour
Work shift - 2 business days per week.
Other work days are available when Sales Consultant is off or on vacation or other local offices.
Job Duties include:
- Provide customer support for homeowners, potential buyers, inspectors, appraisers, and trade workers.
- Provide tours of the Model and Inventory homes in the community
- Prepare Brochure Packets featuring floor plans, prices, included features and community information
- Make copies and scan financial documents for clients
- Make follow-up calls to potential buyers
- Open Model home and tidy as needed
- Open homes as needed for construction workers and buyers
- Update and make copies of price sheets, included features, inventory list and community information
- Other duties as requested by supervisor or manager
Qualifications – Customer Service skills, Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, must be able to drive and have a valid Driver’s license.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 29 per week
