Position: Caregiver
Salary: 17.04/hr.
Catholic Charities seeks a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver for the Title III Program. This is a Part-time position. This position is responsible for providing direct care to seniors living in their homes who are 60 years of age and above enrolled in the Title 3 programs and reside in San Joaquin County. The program components include: light housekeeping, respite care for the frail elderly, Caregiver Respite for an unpaid primary caregiver, and personal care. The responsibilities include Providing non-medical stand-by assistance with personal care if/as assigned, Identifying and documenting client special needs/problems observed or expressed by the client and reporting to the Title IIIB Coordinator, Prepares meals if requested by the client. Desired qualifications: able to perform light housekeeping duties, possession of driver’s license, ability to see clients in San Joaquin County as assigned by the Coordinator, and ability to pass background checks through the DOJ and FBI clearance.
