As the Waterfront Director, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Supervise, set up, and run all waterfront activities
- Make lifeguard assignments on beach, at boating and on docks
- Conduct lifeguard skill drills during training
- Develop and operate a waterfront team
Waterfront Director Minimum Salary: $325.00 per week
Waterfront Director Maximum Salary: $375.00 per week
Must be able to live on site for the entire camp season (June-August)
*Seasonal Position
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED and some college
- CPR Certified
- Lifeguard Certification
- Previous experience as a lifeguard is preferred
- Experience supervising staff or leading a team
- Desire and ability to work with children
