As the Payroll/Fiscal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- As point of contact for the department, will resolve or disseminate to proper staff for resolution all incoming requests, including insurance requests.
- Manage agency website access (SFS, Vend Rep, Grants Gateway, Sage Intacct, ADP, Adaptive, etc.) for both users and required information updates.
- Run bi-weekly payroll on ADP platform, providing reports to agency directors for review, make pay changes as required and manage approved pay registers.
- Compile annual consolidated budget and prepare budget presentation documents.
- Prepare monthly Finance Committee and Board of Trustee Finance Reports for distribution.
- Assist as necessary in the year end annual audit
Payroll/Fiscal Assistant Minimum Salary: $22.00
Payroll/Fiscal Assistant Maximum Salary: $22.00
Payroll/Fiscal Assistant Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30 (35 hrs/week)
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
1 - 3 years of experience working with a diverse population
1 - 3 years of experience in Payroll/Benefits
