As the Program Coordinator - Dispute Resolution Center, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Â
- Respond to inquiries concerning Dispute Resolution Services. Â Provide referrals to other services when appropriate.Â
- Maintain contact with referral sources to assess on-going needs, ensure satisfaction with services and inform of other services available.Â
- Keep Program Director apprised of challenges and opportunities with all referral sources and any other issues that need to be addressed.Â
- As needed, assist with the annual observation of all certified mediators and to move mediator candidates through the observation and apprenticeship process, including conducting necessary observations.Â
- Model appropriate alternative dispute resolution strategies, tools and effective communication skills while working with clients, volunteers, co-workers, supervisors, Court personnel and the public.Â

Program Coordinator - Dispute Resolution Center Schedule: Mon- Fri (35 hours)
- Some trainings required may be outside of normal work hours.Â
- Occasional evening or weekend training or mediation sessions may be required.Â

Qualifications: Â
- Associate's Degree in Human Services or a related field
- Experience working with a diverse population
- Valid driver’s license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle
