- Coordinate scheduling for patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources.

- Assist in fiscal management activities, including handling cash, budgeting, billing, paying invoices, generating invoices, and financial reporting.
- Implement and maintain electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks for improved operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high-quality patient care.
- Marketing online and to surrounding practices and locations.
- Negotiating insurance agreements and update business listings and records on regular basis.
