A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BANQUET SUPERVISOR

You help keep our food service operations efficient, timely, and safe! In addition to assisting customers, you work with kitchen staff, pre-buss tables, process payments, and clean after guests leave. You close out shift paperwork by balancing credit card charges, cash receipts, and gratuities against point-of-sale reports. Our customers enjoy your enthusiastic and positive personality. Making sure we are in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by restaurant management, you report any equipment in need of repair as well as work with the manager as needed. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FOOD SERVER

• Min age of 18, 21 preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be on your feet most of your shift
• Ability to learn and understand all types of restaurant equipment

Are you an excellent communicator? Can you provide great customer service and effectively interact with all types of guests? Do you work well with a team and independently? Are you detail-oriented and organized? Can you follow directions well? Do you have the ability to cooperate and support others? Are you able to keep your work area clean and in order?
