Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the parts front counter for retail and wholesale customers.
• Assist in identifying and recommending parts and accessories for customers’ vehicles.
• Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and vendors.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Assist with stock organization and restocking of parts inventory.
• Stay updated on new products and manufacturer’s promotions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an automotive parts or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is a must.
• Basic computer and phone skills required.
• Ability to lift and move parts, some of which may be heavy.
