Full-service concrete and asphalt contractor seeking Business Development Account Manager.
Specializing in maintenance and repairs for parking structures, facades, traffic coatings, and epoxy applications. We offer a one-stop-shop approach to maintaining all hard surfaces. We provide cost-effective, high-quality solutions for all types of facilities and structures. We specialize in concrete installation/repair, asphalt installation/repair, coatings and specialty applications, seal coating, striping, parking garage maintenance, facade repairs, and snow removal.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of commercial construction sales experience and be responsible for generating relationships and sales through commercial clients. They will also be responsible for maintaining existing relationships in the Chicago and Chicago Suburbs and generating sales/bid opportunities through those clients.
Considering only people with commercial construction sales experience and with US work authorization.

Responsibilities
- Leverage existing relationships for bid opportunities
- Leverage existing relationships to generate new leads/relationships
- Generating new relationships with commercial clients
- Representative Face for key trade organizations in Illinois
- Tradeshow lead (Identifying, logistics, giveaways, etc.)
- Marketing related only to your sales goal (Tradeshow materials, Facebook, LinkedIn, Photos, etc.)
- Support Development of an inside Sales Program
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Experience with concrete, pavement, parking structure and masonry
- Account management and sales acumen
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with office software (I.E. Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work as a team, specifically in conjunction with a dedicated project manager for the Chicagoland area.
