Join our team as a Full-Time Veterinarian Hospital Manager at Central Animal Hospital in Savannah, GA! We are a three doctor practice offering health and wellness series to the cats and dogs in downtown Savannah and surrounding areas. It is our goal at Central Animal Hospital to provide the very best veterinary care to our patients. Our veterinarians and hospital staff strive to continue their education to bring the highest quality care available.
The Veterinary Hospital Manager will share our commitment to provide exceptional client service and excellent veterinary care to our loyal clients and their pets. The role in collaboration with the Regional Manager is to maximize the productivity profitability and growth of the practice while supporting an environment that fosters leadership and development of the entire team.
Responsibilities of Veterinary Hospital Manager include but are not limited to: operational oversight of our hospital including leadership team of technicians and receptionists managing financial and business development of the practice including managing a budget and key performance indicators overseeing client care ensure client loyalty by demonstrating exceptional client service.
We are looking for candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner, excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, presentation skills, and a grasp of and daily management of revenues, inventory and payroll.

What's in it for you:
The pay range for this position is salaried with a 40-hour work week, Monday - Friday (some Saturdays as needed). Pay will be determined based on previous experience, skill set, and practice type.
