We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team! In this role, you'll be the bridge between our amazing customers and our service department, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from first contact to follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Be a customer champion by handling inbound calls and cultivating strong relationships
- Master appointment setting to ensure our service department is always busy
- Learn the ropes of reception duties (cross-training)
- Reach out to potential clients through warm and cold calls, as well as emails
- Showcase our company and its services to generate excitement
- Listen closely to client needs and recommend the perfect service solutions
- Go the extra mile to customize solutions and boost customer satisfaction
- Build long-lasting, trusting relationships with each client
- Stay on top of new promotions and services to keep your knowledge fresh
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a BDR, Customer Service Representative, or similar role is a plus
- Experience in the dealership world is a perk, but not required
- Familiarity with CRM software like Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus
- Excellent communication skills are essential for building rapport
- You have phone etiquette down to a science and can confidently secure appointments
Benefits:

- Full-time schedule with workweeks ranging from 40-42 hours may include Saturdays
