Position Overview : Job Purpose
The Lead Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing strategies to generate leads for our business, working closely with our external digital agency. This position oversees all aspects of lead generation campaigns, from identifying target audiences and developing creative content to monitoring performance and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact. The Lead Generation Marketing Manager will help us identify the best ways to reach the brands we serve via conferences, events, brand and industry-specific webinars, and through referrals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the digital agency to create and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid search, and display advertising
- Develop and implement lead scoring and nurturing processes to convert leads into customers
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reporting to senior management, using
insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
