As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers to create project schedules, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, documenting project requirements, and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining project documentation and ensuring that all project-related information is up to date and accessible to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support project managers in the execution of projects
2. Coordinate project schedules and track progress
3. Communicate project updates to stakeholders
4. Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks
5. Maintain project documentation and ensure information is up to date
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project coordination (minimum 3 years of experience)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Proficiency in project management software
Shift:
Monday - Friday start time 5:30am
50 hours per week
