Chamberlain Advisors is currently seeking 2 Outbound (high dial) Sales Representatives for our direct client in the Healthcare industry. This is a full-time position reporting into the leadership team. The sales professionals will nurture and successfully close opportunities with new customers and medical practices through prospecting and outbound calls inquiries. The ideal candidate will have outbound business-to-consumer (B2C) outbound sales experience, worked within a highly metrics driven environment and was a top performer, and have a consultative approach leveraging sound interpersonal communications skills.

- Prior Experience within Consultative B2C Sales: Having a background in sales where the focus is on understanding the client's needs, providing tailored advice, and offering solutions that meet those needs. This approach emphasizes building relationships, trust, and providing value to the client rather than just pushing for a quick sale.
- Professional Persistence: Candidates with a demonstrated ability to stay on course and overcome challenges, despite the obstacles, difficulties, or setbacks they encounter along the way. Candidates capable of repeatably doing the same task over an extended period of time.
- Entrepreneur & Self-starter: Desire to want to build, grow, and own the outcomes of a business’s success. Someone with a continuous improvement mindset capable of driving for results often with limited or incomplete information. Fast learner who takes initiative to learn quickly and runs with what information is available vs. waiting to be told what to do next.
- Business Acumen: Strong awareness to and understanding of the revenue opportunities within the sales funnel and managing time and effort accordingly to reach revenue targets. Someone who understands that they will be operating under a finite amount of time and resources, and that each activity is a cost to the business and ROI. Effectively utilizes available information as decision support to prioritize work and ensure activities being completed are the most effective and profitable use of time.
- Interpersonal Communication Skills: Candidates who have demonstrated ability the ability to clearly and concisely communicate, both oral and written, at all levels within an organization. Candidates who listen first, then quickly assess and understand the specific communication needs of their audience, ranging from limited to no education to the highly educated, adjusting their communication style and approach to ensure understanding and comprehension. Must be socially aware of environment, audience, and other situational variables and adjust communication style and approach to meet the communication needs of that unique situation.
- Educate families on product services, empowering them to make the best decision for their family.
- Build rapport with prospects by nurturing and conducting engaging conversations and articulate competitive advantages by highlighting our differentiators.
- Effectively manage open opportunities and maintain opportunity management within the CRM (Salesforce.com) to ensure an effective pipeline is being nurtured.
- Create prospecting targets in assigned regions, conduct outbound prospecting to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and schedule meetings as appropriate.
- Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional products or services that meet the customers’ needs and be able to communicate the benefits and value propositions of upgraded offerings persuasively.
- Inside Sales Representatives are expected to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets set by management for enrollments and storage.
- Heling increase sales through phone sales from existing generated leads and cold outreach to existing clients.
- Independently find ways to expand the territory market share in the assigned territory and generate additional leads and sales.
- Target B2C clients through conducting expecting parent outreach via joining local social media expecting mom groups, attending pregnancy expos, and/or attending birth classes.
- Independently identify, support and execute B2C relationships to drive sales through establishing doctor/midwife/birthing center relationships through dispersing collection kits, having marketing materials (brochures, flyers, business cards) displayed in patient accessible areas, or include promotional materials in welcome packets for new expecting parents.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of product offering in a consultative manner.
- Maintain accurate and timely records and input detailed sales call notes.
- Consistent top performer with 3-5 years of documented sales success in a quota or metrics-driven environment, B2C experience required.
- Experience with high outbound call volume (100-150 calls per day).
- Prior experience in Consultative Sales.
- Experience working within a CRM system; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Dynamic phone presence to engage with customers, and present complex service offerings.
- Ability to develop, nurture, and grow strong working relationships with clients.
- Independent, motivated professional with the ability to effectively work remotely and maintain a high level of performance.
- High-speed internet connection is required.
- Enthusiastic and confident communicator. Excellent verbal, written communication, and active listening skills required.
- Ability to anticipate and solve customer issues with a sense of urgency.
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to deliver results in an independent telecommute environment.
- Must have a designated home office space with privacy during working hours and a high-speed internet connection.
