Shuttle Van Driver

Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Shuttle Van Driver to transport guests to and from various locations near a venue close to West Palm Beach Airport. This position requires a positive attitude, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong commitment to safety and punctuality.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely transport guests to and from designated locations near the venue, adhering to scheduled routes and timeframes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers with a positive and welcoming attitude.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed, including handling luggage if applicable.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good working order before each shift; perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow all local and state driving laws and traffic regulations to ensure passenger safety.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with passengers, venue staff, and supervisors to coordinate transportation services.
• Monitor vehicle conditions, including the cleanliness and maintenance of the interior and exterior.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage reports, and any other required documentation.
• Report any incidents, traffic delays, or emergencies promptly to management.
• Assist with special event transportation needs as required, which may include adjusting routes or schedules.
• Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador of the venue and its services, providing information and assistance to guests as needed.
• Uphold all company policies, including those related to safety, customer service, and professionalism.
