We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources
functions. This position works with and reports directly to the executive team.
HR Specialist responsibilities include setting up company policies and maintaining updated
employee records, recruiting top level talent, and working with employees to create a
positive workplace environment. To be successful in this role, you should be a self motivated
individual who enjoys working with a team.
Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run
smoothly at all times.
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee benefits programs.
- Consistently recruit individuals that add value to the team.
- Maintain a smooth onboarding process.
- Training, mentoring, and coaching our staff.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties associated with Human Resources
- Ensure company policies are followed, and employees are aware of those policies.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Reviewing monthly insurance statements
- Updating bi-weekly employee payroll deductions.
- Develop training programs.
- Ensure all employment practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Plan company functions.
Requirements and Skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prior experience in HR preferred but not required

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
