KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research land records, survey records, and land titles
• Look for evidence of previous boundaries to determine where boundary lines are located
• Record the results of surveying and verify the accuracy of data
• Prepare plots, maps, and reports

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Good computer skills (MS Office, CorelDraw, Adobe Acrobat a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capable of working with minimal supervision
• Reliable vehicle (mileage and gas reimbursed)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Survey experience required (3-5 years)
• Sign industry experience a plus
• Working electrical knowledge, Master Sign Electrician license a plus

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

• Must be able to stand, walk, use arms, hands and fingers to handle, or feel, and reach
• Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
