M777A2 Field Service Representative (FSR)
CFDay is seeking qualified M777A2 FSR’s for an upcoming position.
Location: JBLM, Washington
Duties:
Capable of providing the following services to all fielded M777A2 howitzers:
- On-site Maintenance/Troubleshooting Assistance
- Answering technical inquiries
- Conducting Failure Investigations
- Facilitating/Implementing retrofits
- Facilitating/Implementing Software upgrades
- Providing specialized technical/maintenance training at the crew and field/intermediate level, with a focus on upgrades
- Providing units spare parts status reports
- Undertake Traverse Rack and Roller Maintenance in the field
- Following Training provided by PM-TAS, undertake DFCS( R ) LRU repair and Depot level Trouble shooting in the field with GFE provided
- Interface with Unit Leadership to provide recommendations and guidance on M777A2 Maintenance Operations
- Input into Quarterly Newsletter highlighting and clarifying top maintenance concerns observed in the field.
- Define and maintain master FSR Mechanical & Electrical tool list
- Conduct training in accordance with supplementary training material developed by BAE Systems
- Adhoc reporting as required
Required:
- 5 years’ experience as a Marine Corps 2131, Towed Artillery Systems Technician or Army 91F, Small Arms/Artillery Repairer

Experience with M777A2 that includes:
- Operation
- Maintenance/ Hydraulics/ Mechanical troubleshooting
- DFCS – Digital Fire Control System
- AFADTS –Advance Field Artillery Tactical Data System
- Supply System
- Optical Fire Control
