Regional Sales Manager - Industrial Sales

This is a base commissions.

Charles Ross & Son Company is a 180 year old company and industry leader in producing unique and custom industrial mixers used by companies all over the world for the manufacturing of paints, inks, chemicals, foods, adhesives, batteries, pharmaceuticals and more.

We are looking to add a Regional Sales Manager to our team for California and Nevada.

This position will be responsible for:

· Travelling to and meeting with clients within the territory.

· Understanding and conveying process needs to the inside sales team.

· Following up on leads and quotations for existing projects.

· Identifying new sales opportunities and developing client relationships.

Education/ experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a natural science, or comparable work experience, with technical understanding of industrial process equipment.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial sales.
• Experience using email, PC for office documents and databases for documenting sales activities.
• Candidate must be personable, friendly, a team player, mechanically inclined, reliable, trustworthy and willing to learn.

A company vehicle computer, phone and office expenses will also be provided. Salary, plus commission and acompetitive and comprehensive benefits package including 401K with match.

Candidate must be personable and professional with great communication/ presentation skills. The position requires significant travel within the territory. A home office within the territory is required, one central to the territory would be ideal.

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
